Main responsibilities:
ββοΈ Liaise with players on account-related issues, resolving problems and ensuring high levels of customer care;
ββοΈ Analyse customer deposits and account categories to prevent fraud, correct errors, and resolve problems;
ββοΈ Analyse records of Affiliate account to ascertain whether there are any irregularities;
ββοΈ Suggest improvements to procedures and systems in the interests of fraud prevention and customer care;
ββοΈ Investigate financial irregularities on accounts;
ββοΈ Work with colleagues in other departments to resolve account-related issues and prevent fraud;
ββοΈ Help maintain quality control and customer care through analysis of player contact;
ββοΈ Investigate risk issues relating to third-party processors;
ββοΈ Check user history.
Requirements:
ββοΈ Basic knowledge of Risk/KYC/AML or Financial Services knowledge;
ββοΈ Strong logical reasoning skills with an analytical approach;
ββοΈ Decision-making and problem-solving skills;
ββοΈGood communication skills and ability to effectively deliver feedback;
ββοΈ Self-motivation;
ββοΈ Ability to perform well under tight deadlines within a dynamic environment;
ββοΈ Proficient command of Microsoft Office tools;
ββοΈ Proven aptitude for working in a team, as well as guiding and influencing others;
