Risk Payment Fraud Agent

We are on the lookout for a RPF Agent to join our Risk, Payment and Fraud Department.

As an Agent in the Risk, Payment and Fraud Department, you will be responsible for making payments and verifying fraud patterns. Your role involves self-verifying customers, resolving payment issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, you'll collaborate with your team to improve service quality and stay updated on our products and services. Your efforts will be key to maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding our company's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out small payments.
• Analysis of the main violations.
• Self-verification of the cases.
• Analysis and identification of fraud patterns and all types of violations.
• Presentation of the results of the analysis following the company requirements.
• Collaboration with team members to continuously improve customer service quality.

• Good to have a background in Data Analytics or Finance.
• Fluency in Russian language (both written and spoken).
• Intermediate or upper intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat and email platforms.

Work conditions:

• The first month is training (paid), schedule 5/2 from 10:00 to 18:00.
• After the training shift work schedule, evening shifts 16:00 - 00:00, 5 working days per week for 8 hours, weekends are floating.
