Position Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered care within our primary care setting. You will collaborate closely with providers, medical assistants, and interdisciplinary care teams to support patients across the lifespan.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and clinical support to patients of all ages

Assist with triage, patient education, care coordination and patient follow-up

Administer immunizations and medications in accordance with clinical protocols

Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments within scope
-
Collect and process laboratory specimens and perform point of care testing

Support chronic disease management and preventative care initiatives
-
Collaborate with care teams to ensure an exceptional patient experience

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record

Participate in quality improvement, infection control, and patient safety initiatives
Qualifications
-
Current RN license in New Hampshire (or ability to obtain)

Strong communication and collaboration skills
-
Commitment to compassionate, respectful, and inclusive care

Experience in primary care, outpatient, or community health is preferred but not required
