Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.To be successful in this role, you will possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset, driven by a profound enthusiasm to help others. Job Requirements

Required

  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of 6 months experience within the last year.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the CA board.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) AHA required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) AHA required
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) 

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Must obtain Intermediate Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) within 3 months of hire, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring or NCC EFM certificate within first year of hire or transfer.
