Mercy Hospital Southwest is a 78-bed facility and the only hospital located in the rapidly growing area west of Highway 99. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Job Requirements
Required
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of 6 months experience within the last year.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the CA board.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) AHA required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) AHA required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Must obtain Intermediate Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) within 3 months of hire, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring or NCC EFM certificate within first year of hire or transfer.
