Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. - Responsible for the daily care of the patient including admissions, assessments, treatments, medications, education and discharge planning
- Develops, implements and modifies the patient care plan as indicated by patient’s conditions and responses. Uses multidisciplinary team strategies to resolve patient problems
- Administer medications using barcode scanning
- Ensures all required documentation completed in ORM within Meditech for all surgical patients
- Demonstrates adequacy in EDM tracker and PCS
- Respectful and effective communication with all patient populations, physicians, and across all areas of continuum of care
Job Requirements
Required
- Registered Nurse Degree from an Accredited College or University
- Registered Nurse: MN
- Basic Life Support - CPR
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support
