RO Plant Foreman (for Reverse Osmosis water treatment) - Agriculture Farm

Apt Resources is seeking an experienced RO Plant Foreman to lead the operation and maintenance of the Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment plant at a large agricultural farm of our client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, you will supervise the daily activities of the water treatment team, ensure the plant operates efficiently, and maintain water quality standards critical for irrigation and farm operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operation and maintenance of the RO water treatment plant.
• Monitor water quality and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Train and lead the plant operators and maintenance staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of plant operations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and chemicals required for plant operation.
• Collaborate with farm management to optimize water usage and treatment processes.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operating and maintaining Reverse Osmosis or water treatment plants, preferably in an agricultural setting.
• Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, RO systems, and related equipment.
• Experience in supervising teams and managing plant operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Strong understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Relevant technical certifications or diploma in water treatment, engineering, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Must have background in Farm Water Treatment
• Must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE if selected

Salary: AED 6,500 plus accommodation provided, and other benefits as per UAE labor law.
