Overview

Parrot Key Hotel & Villas is seeking a detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment where our guests can relax and enjoy a memorable stay. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, villas, and assigned public areas, from making beds and replenishing amenities to ensuring every space reflects our high standards of quality and hospitality. Your attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and dedication to exceptional service will leave a lasting impression on our guests and contribute to the positive reputation of our resort. Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-first mentality.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
