Job Description
Room Attendant is a hotel employee responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and ensuring they are comfortable, clean, and well-presented.
Duties include:
- Cleaning and making beds
- Replacing towels and toiletries
- Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
- Cleaning bathrooms
- Replenishing room amenities
- Reporting maintenance issues or lost property
- Ensuring rooms meet the hotelâs cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- NC3 in Housekeeping or any relevant qualification.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel cleaning is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
