2. Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide analytical and project support to the Route-to-Consumer (RTC) and Commercial Transformation agenda, helping find opportunities to improve commercial routes, coverage, partner models and execution.
The role will employ commercial data, market insights, benchmarks and financial analysis to support the assessment and development of RTC / RTM initiatives, strategic partnerships and priority growth platforms, including Guinness and RTD´s.
The RTC Analyst will work cross-functionally to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations, support cases and track the implementation and performance of key transformation initiatives.

Analyzes commercial routes, coverage, service levels, economics and performance to find opportunities and develop recommendations
Provides analytical support and recommendations to the Commercial Transformation & RTD Director and relevant commercial teams.
Strategic Partnerships
Supports the assessment of potential partners through market research, benchmarks, performance analysis and cases.
Partner strategy, selection and commercial decisions remain with functional leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Guinness / RTD route execution requirements
Analyzes route performance and execution requirements and supports recommendations on coverage, service levels and partner models.
Recommendations must consider brand strategy, channel priorities, supply feasibility, economics and execution capabilities
5. Functional & Leadership Responsibilities
· Analyze RTC / RTM performance, including sales, distribution, coverage, productivity, service and execution critical metrics.
· Support RTC / RTM projects through data analysis, market sizing, benchmarks and opportunity assessments.
· Develop analyses and arguments for new routes, strategic partnerships and growth opportunities.
· Support Guinness and RTD route development, assessing coverage, customer opportunities, service requirements and route economics.
· Track distributor and partner performance, identifying gaps, trends and improvement opportunities.
· Conduct external benchmarks and market research to identify RTC / RTM guidelines and alternative commercialization models.
· Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards and analytical tools to enable fact-based decision making.
· Support project implementation and governance, tracking achievements, important metrics, risks and actions.
· Translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations and executive-ready presentations.
· Collaborate across Sales, Customer Marketing, RGM, Supply, Finance and Performance to support RTC initiatives.

8. Experience and Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics or related field.
· 0–3 years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Sales Operations, Route-to-Market, Commercial Planning, Business Intelligence or related areas.
· Strong analytical skills with experience working with commercial and operational datasets.
· Strong Excel skills and experience building structured analyses and cases.
· Knowledge of Power BI or other visualization tools is desirable.
· Ability to analyze sales, distribution, coverage, customer and profitability data and translate findings into business insights.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure ambiguous business questions into clear analyses.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into simple, actionable recommendations and presentations.
· Ability to collaborate across functions and support multiple projects simultaneously.
· Fluent or advanced English and Spanish.
· Previous FMCG / Consumer Goods experience is desirable
