Job Description
- Develops talent acquisition tools and frameworks for global use in the company
- Defines and implements processes, policies and standards for global recruiting, global employer branding processes
- Manages global HR marketing and communication concepts and activities incl. social media
- Designs, implements and manages global talent attraction, concepts and activities for new talents
- Supports the selection process for filling key positions
- Manages the applicant management system (templates, layouts, releases, training, etc.) and carries out system administration in coordination with IT
- Supports key users for the applicant management system
- Analyzes global trends, digitalization opportunities and benchmarking to ensure recruiting excellence and implements innovative best practices
- Defines global approaches and rollouts of recruiting programs, policies, processes
- Steers global programs and projects
Qualifications
- Level of Education: University Degree
- Branch Of Study: Management / Human Resources / Psychologist.
- Experience : 1 year is appreciated
- Language : French & English
- Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
- Professional competence : Assessment centers Candidate testing / interview techniques/ Employee onboarding/ Executive Search/ Job analysis/ Job Fairs/ Recruitment design, planning and management
