Role Description
NowPurchase is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team through effective coordination, customer handling, and administrative support.
The role involves managing sales processes, handling customer queries, ensuring smooth order execution, and maintaining accurate records across systems. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between customers and internal teams while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team including preparation of reports, presentations, proposals, and maintaining sales documents.
  • Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams for timely fulfillment and delivery.
  • Attend to customer queries, sales-related concerns, and grievances with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular payment follow-ups and ensure adherence to credit policies.
  • Maintain and update CRM/ERP systems (Zoho), ensuring all records, MIS, and documentation are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing sales documentation and contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve coordination.
  • Ensure proper tracking and closure of sales-related activities within defined timelines.

What Your Day Job Involves
  • Administrative Support: Preparing reports, proposals, and maintaining documentation.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Handling customer queries and ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Order Processing & Coordination: Managing end-to-end order execution and internal coordination.
  • Documentation Management: Keeping CRM/ERP systems updated with accurate data.

  • Sales support
  • Proficiency in Tamil
  • Customer service / voice process roles
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
  • Prior industry/product knowledge is an added advantage
