ResponsibilitiesĀ
- Prospect, qualify, and educate inbound and outbound leadsĀ
- Generate meetings and pipeline through disciplined multi-channel outreachĀ
- Research accounts, personas, and industries aligned to MasterControlĀ
- Engage with curiosity to uncoverĀ operationalĀ and business processĀ challengesĀ
- Clearly communicateĀ MasterControlāsĀ value to diverse audiencesĀ
- Partner with Account Executives on territory and prospecting strategiesĀ
- Qualify opportunities andĀ provideĀ clear, documented handoffsĀ
- MaintainĀ accurateĀ activity, discovery, and pipeline data in SalesforceĀ
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and opportunity creation goalsĀ
- Share insights and best practices to elevate team performanceĀ
- Build product, industry, and competitive knowledge in regulated marketsĀ
- Operate with urgency, accountability, and strong attention to detailĀ
MUST HAVE SKILLS:Ā
- Demonstrated curiosity and comfort experimenting with AI tools or workflows to work more efficiently and effectivelyĀ
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsĀ
- Solid time management, prioritization, and execution skillsĀ
- Professional resilience when handling objections and complex discussionsĀ
- Self-motivated, goal-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvementĀ
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with teammates and stakeholdersĀ
- Attention to detail with a strong commitment to CRM accuracyĀ
- Comfort engaging both business and technical stakeholdersĀ
PREFERRED SKILLS:Ā
- Experience in an SDR/BDR or customer-facing role (B2B SaaS preferred)Ā
- Familiarity withĀ Salesforce,Ā Salesloft, andĀ LinkedIn Sales NavigatorĀ
- Experience with multi-channel outreach (email, phone, social) to both follow up on inbound interest and proactively prospect outboundĀ
- Exposure to supporting Account Executives in SMBĀ and/or Mid-Market salesĀ
- History of achieving activity or pipeline goalsĀ
- Comfort working in structured, metrics-driven environmentsĀ
- Bachelorās degree or equivalent experienceĀ

- Ability to work at a computer and desk for extended periods.Ā
- Extended hours on the phone may beĀ required.Ā
