We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the engine of our sales pipeline, responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating meaningful conversations, and qualifying opportunities. This is a critical position for an individual who is passionate about communication and eager to build a foundation in professional sales within a supportive and driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage with potential clients.
  • Manage high-volume outreach through cold calling, professional networking, and email campaigns.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and assessing alignment with our solutions.
  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and lead statuses in our tracking systems.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified appointments and pipeline contribution.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role (sales, retail, or hospitality).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of resilience and a positive attitude toward handling rejection.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy daily schedule.
  • A competitive spirit and a desire to meet and exceed performance metrics.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities over the phone.
