Sales Director
Location: Lebanon
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead and develop our sales operations across Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail sales leadership, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to drive revenue growth while leading high-performing sales teams.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Director, Head of Sales, or in a senior sales leadership role.
- Strong experience in the retail sector is essential.
- Experience in the furniture, mattresses, home furnishings, or related industry is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the Lebanese market, including customer behavior, competition, and retail dynamics.
- International or regional experience is considered a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Experience managing multiple branches and leading large sales teams.
- Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's sales strategy to achieve growth and profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales management team and branch managers.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and market trends, taking corrective actions when needed.
- Expand market share by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening customer relationships.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, pricing, and promotional campaigns across all branches.
