The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for driving seller productivity, accelerating ramp, and ensuring the field is consistently equipped to win. This role owns everboarding, field enablement, and ongoing readiness across tools, product updates, and core selling motions.Â

This is not a training role. This is a performance role. Success is measured by impact on pipeline, deal velocity, and seller effectiveness in the field.Â
How will you make an impact?
Everboarding & Continuous ReadinessÂ
- Design and run a scalable everboarding program to keep sellers sharp beyond initial onboardingÂ
• Deliver ongoing enablement aligned to product releases, messaging updates, and GTM prioritiesÂ
• Ensure sellers can confidently position new capabilities and handle evolving customer conversationsÂ
Field EnablementÂ
- Partner with Sales leadership to identify skill gaps and prioritize enablement initiativesÂ
• Build and deliver high-impact sessions focused on real deal scenariosÂ
• Reinforce core sales motions: discovery, qualification, demo positioning, objection handling, and closingÂ
Product & Tool EnablementÂ
- Translate product updates into clear, actionable guidance for the fieldÂ
• Ensure sellers are proficient in core tools (CRM, sales engagement platforms, demo environments)Â
• Drive adoption and effective usage of tools that improve pipeline generation and deal executionÂ
Program Development & ExecutionÂ
- Build structured enablement programs aligned to business priorities and sales playsÂ
• Create repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and assets that scale globallyÂ
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Sales LeadershipÂ
Performance & MeasurementÂ
- Define and track enablement KPIs (ramp time, win rates, deal size, tool adoption)Â
• Continuously iterate programs based on field feedback and performance dataÂ
• Ensure enablement is tied directly to revenue outcomesÂ

Required ExperienceÂ
- 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales, or related GTM roleÂ
• Experience supporting global sales teams in a high-growth environmentÂ
• Strong understanding of B2B sales motions and enterprise deal cyclesÂ
• Proven ability to build and scale enablement programsÂ
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and RevOpsÂ
Preferred ExperienceÂ
- Experience in SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology environmentsÂ
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft)Â
• Background in complex, solution-based sellingÂ
