Sales Fleet Manager - Geely

Job Purpose

The Sales Fleet Manager will oversee and manage the sales fleet operations at Abou Ghaly Motors, ensuring efficient utilization, maintenance, and availability of sales vehicles. This role is pivotal in supporting the sales team by coordinating vehicle allocation, monitoring fleet performance, and implementing strategies to optimize fleet costs and enhance operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall sales fleet operations including vehicle acquisition, allocation, maintenance, and disposal.
• Coordinate with sales teams to understand vehicle needs and ensure timely availability.
• Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to maximize fleet efficiency and minimize operational costs.
• Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to optimize fleet performance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards for the sales fleet.
• Maintain accurate records of sales fleet inventory, maintenance history, and associated costs.
• Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and insurance companies to ensure smooth fleet operations.
• Prepare regular reports and analyze fleet data to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement best practices in fleet management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Automotive Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management, preferably in sales fleet operations.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and external vendors.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency and cost control.
