Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Intern to support our business growth initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to B2B technology sales, lead generation, client outreach, market research, and sales operations while working closely with experienced sales leaders and the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, online platforms, and databases.
- Build and maintain qualified lead lists across target industries and geographies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in IT services.
Client Outreach & Engagement
- Reach out to prospective clients through emails and social selling activities.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Sales Support & Coordination
- Assist in preparing sales collateral, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain and update prospect and opportunity data.
- Support competitive analysis and industry research.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams on live opportunities.
- Track sales activities, pipeline metrics, and campaign performance.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with phone and video conversations.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection professionally.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a collaborative team.
- International exposure or travel experience is a plus.
