Job Description

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Sales division of Ignitis Polska, where youโ€™ll be responsible for our sales activities. If that speaks to you, weโ€™d be happy to welcome you to our team!ย

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:ย ย 

  • Presenting sales performance, including revenue generation and achievement of sales targets within the SME segment
  • Reporting and analysing customer metrics such as acquisition rates, retention rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Providing updates on the progress of contract negotiations with SME clients, highlighting key terms and outcomes
  • Reporting on market trends and competitor activities that impact SME client relationships and business strategies
  • Reporting and resolving customer issues promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts related to SME client acquisition and retention strategies
  • Reporting on innovative solutions and recommending strategies to enhance SME client engagement and profitability

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent
  • +3 years of experience in theย energy sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent time management, flexibility and adaptability, and proven ability to build lasting relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Polish and English languages
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (primarily Excel)
