Summary:
MosChip is seeking a high-impact sales manager / senior sales manager focused on prospecting and growing the Product Engineering Services (PES) business in Western USA region. Our PES offerings cover Hardware & Systems, Device Software, Digital and AI Engineering. The ideal candidate should have direct and first-hand experience in identifying and opening new accounts. Experience in business development or technical pre-sales or application engineering representing engineering services is required. Direct experience and good understanding of process from prospecting to closing and experience in collaborating with internal and customer engineering teams.

- Deliver Revenue Growth: Identifies and develops sales opportunities to build customer pipeline within Hi-Tech Industry:
- Hardware & Peripherals
- Consumer Electronics
- Robotics & Automation
- Hyperscalers
- MedTech/BioTech
- ClimateTech
- eMobility
- Pro-active analysis of Product Engineering Services opportunities in the target business lines and identify potential customers
- Present MosChip’s value propositions to the potential customers
- Drive the closure of contracts and project specific agreements
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Develop long-term relationships with Director & VP level executives at targeted accounts
Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of overall experience with 5+ years of experience selling Engineering Services
- Experience with company operating in the high-tech engineering services domain and cultural adaptability to work across the globe with engineering & marketing teams
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales quota
- Able and willing to develop client base in new territory
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good technical skills to carry out the first level of technical discussions with prospective customers.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering; MBA Preferred
Location: Bay Area, CA
