Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to join our Sales team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end Sales lifecycle, from sourcing to conversion potential lead to stakeholder engagement.
As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales process, contributing to team growth, and helping build a high-quality talent pipeline for various business needs.
Your Role Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist the sales team with lead generation, market research, and prospect identification.
- Researching and identifying potential clients through LinkedIn, company databases, online directories, and other lead-generation platforms.
- Generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, and other prospecting methods.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, updating lead trackers, and preparing regular sales reports to monitor outreach performance.
- Create professional and visually engaging client presentations using PowerPoint.
- Maintain and analyze sales data, reports, and trackers using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
- Following up with prospects, addressing initial queries, and building professional relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Demonstrate a proactive and solution-oriented approach while handling day-to-day sales tasks.
- Present and explain services to prospective customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, if needed, based on recruitment priorities.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality.
