Sales operations & Business Analyst Internship

Currently we are looking for an ambitious, energetic and professional Intern to join our Invest Lithuania team! 

Your Responsibilities  

• Support day-to-day CRM data management - entering, updating, and maintaining accurate records in the system. 

• Assist in preparing basic sales reports and performance summaries to support team decision-making. 

• Provide general administrative support for various sales operations tasks. 

• Support the optimization and effective use of sales tools and systems, helping to improve data quality, user adoption, and operational efficiency. 

• Collaborate with the sales team and contribute to ongoing projects. 

• Learn about sales processes and tools through hands-on involvement in real work. 

Requirements 

• Computer literacy with solid Microsoft Excel skills and good PowerPoint skills. 

• Interest in AI tools and enthusiasm for learning new technologies to improve work efficiency. 

• Willingness to learn, a proactive attitude, and strong attention to detail. 

• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. 

• Fluency in English. 

• Basic familiarity with CRM systems is a plus (but not required - we'll teach you).
