Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive to join our team on a 6-month maternity cover contract. In this role, you will provide operational support to the Sales team by ensuring the accuracy of sales processes, maintaining operational excellence, coordinating cross-functional activities, and supporting sales performance reporting.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Sales team to ensure smooth and efficient execution of sales processes.
• Process sales orders, quotations, contracts, and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring customer and sales data integrity.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Finance, Merchant Operations, Product, and Customer Success to facilitate successful onboarding and order fulfilment.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
• Monitor sales pipeline activities and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding actions.
• Assist in implementing and improving sales processes, SOPs, and operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Support sales incentive tracking, campaign administration, and commission-related reporting where required.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and analysis to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Provide administrative and operational support for sales initiatives, projects, and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Sales, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Operations, or Sales Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within the fintech, payments, SaaS, or technology industry is an added advantage.
