This role serves as the operational backbone of the sales process, bridging between Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Product Management, Engineering, Finance, and Service. The role ensuring accurate order execution, on-time delivery, and smooth coordination across Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance. The Sales Operations Specialist acts as the single point of ownership and visibility for the customer journey - once an opportunity enters the forecast, ensuring alignment between customer commitments, production capacity, delivery schedules, commissioning readiness, and revenue realization.
