担当顧客への販売提案
- 毎月、代理店(タイヤ専業や自動車部品商等)との販売目標を確認・共有・進捗管理をしながら、
販売促進を図って頂きます。
主に本数・高付加価値タイヤの販売促進を打合せ・業務遂行
- 提案していくに際して、代理店・代理店の取引先の困りごと・要望を聞き取りしながら、問題を解決していく。
- 担当エリアの市況を踏まえて代理店と販売戦略を打合せ。
販売促進施策の企画・予算策定、実施。
- 代理店の要望も聞きながらキャンペーン等の企画を営業自身で策定していただきます。
売上・予算・展開・実施中のフォロー等々行っていただきます。
タイヤに関する勉強会の企画、実施。
- 新商品発売時には商品勉強会を代理店・代理店取引先向けに営業が実施。
- 代理店・代理店取引先の社員向けにタイヤ基礎知識の研修を実施。
担当エリアの市況・他社情報・販売価格の収集・報告。
-他社との価格差、他社の営業活動内容、エリア内の小売店、卸店の動きを収集する。
