Your Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales enquiries and process them accurately.
- Support order fulfilment and logistics, ensuring shipment and customer details are accurate and issues are flagged promptly.
- Prioritize quotation requests and provide a 5-minute turnaround for standard enquiries where all required information is available.
- Record quotations, customer feedback, and opportunities accurately in the CRM for the sales team.
- Follow up on outstanding quotations and escalate as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data, including customer, machine, and commercial information.
- Process sales orders accurately, ensuring customer, product, pricing, and delivery details are correct
- Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- B2B sales administration experience.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office capability including NetSuite/ SalesForce
- Ability to manage multiple requests and competing priorities.
- Confident communicating with customers and colleagues.
- Experience processing quotations and/or sales orders.
