About this role
We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to manage, mentor, and drive a team of real estate agents to meet and exceed targets. You will be responsible for coaching your team, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Report directly to their assigned Sales Manager.
- Manage and mentor approximately 4–15 Property Consultants.
- Specialize in communities and areas designated by their Sales Manager.
- Support their team with prospecting, listings, viewings, negotiations, and overall performance.
- Coach and develop their agents while maintaining accountability and consistency.
- The role requires being hands-on with CRM systems and using data to guide the team towards success.
- Continue leading by example through their own personal sales performance.
- Proven experience in real estate, with team leadership or mentoring experience.
- Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to set goals and hold teams accountable.
- Proficient in CRM systems, performance tracking, and KPI monitoring.
- Problem-solver with a proactive mindset and ability to motivate others.
