What's the role about?
Sampling Team
Our Sampling Team love bringing smiles to customers’ faces within supermarkets across the UK
We’re looking for Customer service focused people to join our team of engaging, articulate samplers who, with every shift, get the opportunity introduce customers to exceptional brands in local supermarkets.
No two days are the same, with a variety of brands, products, and foods that customers will be delighted to see!
As a Sampler you will:
- Represent established and exciting new brands and products in supermarkets
- Engage customers around your sampling station and ensure they get a first-class brand experience with an opportunity to try, taste or buy brands
- Enhance the customer shopping experience, with a live interactive brand engagement and customer support
We do not require previous experience for this role, full training will be given, and we’ll even provide you with your Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate to enable you to deliver a great service.
