About this role
Für unser top-modernes Werk in Seewis im schönen Bündnerland suchen wir per sofort eine/n SchichtführerIn Logistik. Diese Person führt ein kleines, dynamisches Team, welches im Schichtbetrieb sämtliche operativen Logistikprozesse des Werks sicherstellt. Diese Aufgabe ist besonders interessant für jemanden mit ein paar Jahren Erfahrung und dem Drive, diese in einem modernen Produktionsumfeld anzuwenden und Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen. Die Position rapportiert direkt an den Leiter Logistik des Werkes.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Steuerung von Wareneingang, Kommissionierung, Verpackung und Versand
- Überwachung der termingerechten Auftragsabwicklung und Sicherstellung optimaler Lagerprozesse
- Fachliche Führung des Teams, Einsatzplanung und Schichtkoordination, inkl. Übergabeberichte
- Sicherstellung von Standards und Einleitung von korrektiven Massnahmen (Qualität, Umwelt, Arbeitssicherheit, Sauberkeit, etc.)
- Effiziente Kommunikation mit anderen Abteilungen (Einkauf, Produktion, etc.)
- Dokumentation relevanter Kennzahlen/KPIs
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Lager/Logistikbereich, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Betrieb
- Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse in Lagerverwaltungssystemen (z. B. SAP, WMS)
- Organisationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Bereitschaft zum 3-Schichtbetrieb
