Job Description

Seeking a highly motivated individual, knowledgeable in biologics drug substance manufacturing process and digital transformation, to join the PDS&T Biologics MSAT team.  This individual would support global MSAT initiatives related to digital transformation for our MSAT data processes.  The candidate should be a discipline expert who represents scientists’ needs and influences and executes digital transformation strategy. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support digital transformation initiatives within PDS&T Biologics MSAT. 
  • Serve as a point of contact for PDS&T biologics MSAT in partnering with local MSAT, BTS, and other enterprise teams to develop key data and digital systems capabilities. 
  • Inform and execute a digital transformation strategy for capturing, retrieving, and connecting critical data related to PDS&T biologics MSAT workflows, promoting reusability and advanced analytics. 
  • Partner with scientists to develop and implement data analytics and modeling tools that support data visualization and predictive modeling. 
  • Collaborate with AI and digital science teams to revolutionize daily operations through transformative programs. 
  • Define KPIs/dashboards and communicate progress on initiatives to stakeholders. 
  • Support the influence of leadership and cross-functional stakeholders for digital transformation with PDS&T biologics MSAT business priorities. 
  • Represent scientists' needs and advocate for the work processes and culture needed for digital transformation. 
  • Benchmark internally and externally to ensure an industry-leading data and digital strategy for biologics process and analytics development. 

Qualifications

  • BS or equivalent education with typically 7 or more years of experience or MS or equivalent education with typically 5 or more years of experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently design, execute and interpret critical experiments to answer scientific questions.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn, understand and master new experimental techniques.
  • Ability to multitask and work within timelines.
  • Demonstrated scientific writing skills and strong verbal communication skills.

  • The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.   • This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs. ​
