What You'll Actually Do


  • Write clean, efficient, well-tested code for features that go live in front of millions of users.
  • Work closely with senior engineers to understand system design decisions and pick up strong engineering practices fast.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs, contributing to both frontend-facing and backend-facing services.
  • Debug, optimize, and fix issues across the stack — and learn to think about scale, not just correctness.
  • Take part in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning — and grow your voice in the room.

What You Bring

  • Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and OOPs.
  • Working knowledge of Java; exposure to GoLang or Python is a plus.
  • Understanding of concurrency and multi-threading basics.
  • Some hands-on experience (internship, projects, or 0-2 years professional) building and deploying applications.
  • Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and REST API design.
  • A genuine eagerness to learn, take feedback well, and grow quickly.

Extra Brownie Points

  • Exposure to distributed systems or queue systems like Kafka.
  • Any experience with Firebase or WebSockets.
  • Have built and shipped a personal project or contributed to open source.
