Seasonal Recruiting & Operations Coordinator

Civitech is a public benefit corporation dedicated to creating a fairer and more equitable democracy by building the tools and infrastructure needed to increase civic participation, empower Democratic candidates to win, and support the success of progressive causes. Since its founding in 2019, over 500 partners—a range of nonprofit organizations, national political committees, and individual campaigns—have utilized Civitech’s tools to reach tens of millions of voters to help create a more equitable and progressive democracy. The Seasonal Recruiting & Operations Coordinator is responsible for owning and driving our temporary/seasonal recruitment cycles while supporting core People and Operational workflows. This role requires high attention to detail, exceptional candidate care, and strong tactical execution. This is a temporary role expected to run through December 15, 2026. While there may be the potential for extension or conversion to a full-time role depending on business needs, candidates should apply with the understanding that the position is currently scoped as a fixed-term role.  Civitech is a remote-first company hiring within our current footprint of 29 states (AL, AK, CA, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, ND, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, SD, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WY); Civitech does have an office in Austin, TX.
