Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and other communications.
- Manage filing system, update records, and organize documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Support department managers with various administrative tasks.

- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Familiarity with office organization techniques.
- Proficient in MS Office, and comfortable with email scheduling and communication tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
