Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Manage and supervise security personnel, contractors, and third-party security providers.
- Conduct security risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
- Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other surveillance technologies.
- Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches, and prepare detailed reports.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures, including fire, evacuation, and crisis management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry security standards.
- Plan and manage security budgets, resources, and equipment.
- Conduct regular security audits, inspections, and vulnerability assessments.
- Deliver security awareness training to employees and contractors.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and regulatory authorities when required.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and security activities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's security programs.

- Knowledge of physical security systems, access control, and CCTV operations.
