Senior Account Executive - Automotive Background

Chain Reaction is looking for a Senior Account Executive to manage day-to-day client communications, coordinate campaigns, oversee project execution, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Arabic and English, with previous automotive industry experience or a strong interest in the sector.

• 3–4 years of experience in social media or account management, preferably within a regional agency.
• Automotive industry experience is preferred.
• Full professional fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day client relationships independently, including managing expectations and difficult conversations.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, content formats, and community engagement.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with creative, copy, community, and strategy teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day client communication, including status calls and regular business reviews.
• Build strong client relationships, manage expectations, and proactively address potential issues.
• Lead monthly content planning aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and relevant market trends.
• Coordinate with creative and copy teams to develop engaging, audience-focused content.
• Review content and copy to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with the brand's tone of voice.
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms accurately and on time.
• Stay up to date with automotive industry trends, consumer insights, and social media developments to identify content opportunities.
• Oversee community management to ensure timely, consistent, and brand-aligned engagement.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities and escalate issues when necessary.
• Own monthly and quarterly performance reporting, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Use performance insights to optimize future content plans and overall account performance.
