The Role
We’re looking for a highly strategic and commercially-minded Senior Account Executive to act as a key extension of our sales and growth leadership team. You will work directly with software and platform partners to architect, execute, and optimize go-to-market strategies focused on monetizing their existing customer bases through embedded payments. This role combines strategic thinking, consultative selling, operational ownership, and hands-on execution.Â
You will operate as both a revenue driver and a trusted advisor — helping partners identify growth opportunities, influencing GTM strategy, and driving measurable commercial outcomes.Â

What You’ll DoÂ
Strategic Partner GrowthÂ
- Partner directly with software executives, founders, and internal leadership teams to develop and execute integrated payments growth strategiesÂ
- Identify the highest-impact opportunities within partner customer bases through segmentation, ICP analysis, targeting strategy, and commercial prioritizationÂ
- Act as a strategic advisor to partners on monetization, payments adoption, and revenue optimization initiativesÂ
- Help shape scalable GTM motions across multiple verticals and partner ecosystemsÂ
Revenue Ownership & ExecutionÂ
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and activationÂ
- Lead outbound initiatives across partner merchant portfolios through direct outreach, calls, and targeted campaignsÂ
- Drive complex commercial conversations around pricing strategy, economics, and long-term value creationÂ
- Consistently deliver against revenue targets while balancing long-term partner successÂ
Operational Leadership & Initiative OwnershipÂ
- Take ownership of new growth initiatives, pilot programs, and strategic partner launchesÂ
- Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively implement scalable solutionsÂ
- Test and optimize messaging, sales motions, and commercial approaches based on data and market feedbackÂ
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountabilityÂ
Cross-Functional InfluenceÂ
- Collaborate closely with Partnerships, Product, Implementation, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure successful execution and onboardingÂ
- Provide market and customer feedback to influence product positioning, enablement, and growth strategyÂ
- Serve as a voice of the customer and partner internallyÂ
Performance & OptimizationÂ
- Monitor pipeline health, partner performance, and revenue metrics across strategic accountsÂ
- Continuously refine GTM strategies to improve conversion, speed-to-revenue, and partner engagementÂ
- Contribute to building repeatable processes and scalable commercial playbooksÂ

What You BringÂ
- 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience within payments, fintech, SaaS, embedded finance, or platform ecosystemsÂ
- Proven success managing complex and consultative sales cyclesÂ
- Strong experience with outbound prospecting, strategic account development, and revenue ownershipÂ
- Experience working with channel, platform, or partner-led sales motions is strongly preferredÂ
- Strong commercial acumen with understanding of pricing strategy, unit economics, and margin-driven decision-makingÂ
- Ability to think strategically while remaining highly hands-on in executionÂ
- Experience operating in high-growth or scaling environmentsÂ
