We’re looking for a Senior LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Account Executive to join our fast-growing Growth & Mid-Market segment.Â
In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of advertisers, identifying opportunities to drive both new and incremental revenue. You will build strong, trusted relationships with your customers and act as a strategic partner, helping them translate their business objectives into effective, full-funnel marketing strategies on LinkedIn.Â
You will leverage data, insights, and performance signals to prioritize your book of business, identify the next best growth opportunities, and drive adoption of always-on solutions. Balancing scale with strategic depth, you will focus on maximizing impact across your portfolio while deepening partnerships with priority customers.Â
You are comfortable consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets, maintaining a strong pipeline and forecast accuracy, and operating with a high level of autonomy and ownership. You partner effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver value to your customers and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment, aligned with LinkedIn’s culture and values.Â

ResponsibilitiesÂ
Drive Revenue & Portfolio GrowthÂ
- Own and grow a portfolio of advertisers to consistently exceed revenue targetsÂ
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with strong forecast accuracyÂ
- Identify expansion via optimization, upsell, and always-on strategiesÂ
Act as a Trusted Marketing PartnerÂ
- Translate customer business goals into full-funnel marketing strategiesÂ
- Lead value-based conversations focused on outcomesÂ
- Use performance data and signals to guide next best actionsÂ
Apply Optimization & Solution ExpertiseÂ
- Improve campaign performance and unlock incremental growthÂ
- Drive adoption of LinkedIn best practices across formats and funnel stagesÂ
- Deliver a high-quality end-to-end customer experienceÂ
Execute with Sales & Operational ExcellenceÂ
- Prioritise effectively across a high-volume book (tiering mindset)Â
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and forecasting disciplineÂ
- Consistently meet business KPIs with minimal oversightÂ
Collaborate & Scale ImpactÂ
- Partner cross-functionally to drive customer successÂ
- Share scalable best practices across the teamÂ
- Contribute to team culture and continuous improvementÂ
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:Â
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles with internal or external stakeholder management experience    Â
- 3+ years of media sales or digital marketing experience Â
- 2+ years' experience in a direct revenue generating role Â
- Business fluency in English and GermanÂ
Preferred Qualifications:  Â
- Experience working in or with the DACH Market Â
- Proven ability to manage a sizable volume of clients/accounts     Â
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment    Â
- Experience connecting with customers, identifying their needs, and upselling and cross selling solutions to them   Â
- Knowledge of how online advertising and Account Based Marketing works and the ability to explain it in ordinary terms    Â
- Proven communication skills across multiple channels (e.g. virtual meetings, phone, and email)     Â
- Experience building relationships with senior marketing and key decision makers    Â
- Ability in activating and growing existing businessÂ
