Senior Alumni Relations Manager

Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America’s boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country’s biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues. We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.  The Senior Alumni Relations Manager will execute and continuously strengthen a high-impact alumni engagement strategy focused on advancing classical liberal ideas. This leader will steward and activate a growing network of alumni, helping deepen engagement, strengthen connections, and increase the network’s long-term influence and effectiveness.  As an individual contributor, this role is ideal for a relationship-oriented operator who excels at translating strategy into execution, identifying opportunities to improve engagement over time, and building trusted relationships across a diverse policy network.   Preference is for candidates available to work in person in Arlington, VA. Remote candidates will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
