We are looking for a Senior Analytics Specialist - Product & Digital (m/f/d) to join our team at SIXT. In this role, you own the analytical layer behind software used daily by thousands of SIXT colleagues across branches worldwide. You don't just report what happened - you uncover why it happened, influence what gets built next, and ensure every product decision is grounded in real user behaviour.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

• You analyse how SIXT colleagues interact with our internal software, identifying behavioural patterns, friction points, and opportunities to improve the user experience and product performance

• You develop dashboards and datasets that serve as the trusted foundation for product decisions - reliable, reusable, and built for the people who act on them

• You lead event tracking quality - working closely with engineers to ensure the right data is captured on both frontend and backend, and that it is trustworthy before any analysis begins

• You gain first-hand insights on the actual reality in branches to deduct which further data deep-dives will provide the right basis for feature optimizations 

• You collaborate with product managers, engineers, and analysts across global teams to define metrics, validate assumptions, and drive continuous product improvement

YOUR SKILLS MATTER 

• Experience You have hands-on experience as a Digital Product or Web & App Analyst, with a focus on user behaviour analysis, funnel optimisation, and feature performance measurement.

• Tools/Systems You are proficient in web and app analytics tools such as Google Analytics / GA4 and Google Tag Manager or equivalent, and have experience building dashboards in BI tools such as Looker Studio, QuickSight, Power BI, or similar

• Data Quality & Architecture You have a solid understanding of how event data is structured, captured, and validated across frontend and backend systems, and you take ownership of tracking quality before building on top of it

• Soft Skills You are proactive, product-minded, and thrive in fast-paced environments -- you find the question worth answering before anyone else thinks to ask it

• Collaboration You work closely with product managers, engineers, and junior analysts across global teams, translating complex findings into clear product recommendations

• Language You are fluent in English to effectively communicate with international teams
