Senior Art Director, markamızın yaratıcı iletişim süreçlerinde aktif rol alarak çok mecralı kampanyaların fikir geliştirme, görsel dünya oluşturma ve uygulama süreçlerine liderlik edecektir. Güçlü bir tasarım vizyonuna ve yüksek craft anlayışına sahip; dijital iletişim dinamiklerine hakim, FMCG sektöründe deneyimli, yaratıcı trendleri ve yeni teknolojileri yakından takip eden, ödül seviyesinde işler üretme bakış açısına sahip bir ekip arkadaşı arıyoruz.
Sorumluluklar
- Çok mecralı kampanyalar için güçlü yaratıcı konseptler geliştirmek ve bu fikirlerin görsel dünyasını yüksek tasarım kalitesiyle oluşturmak.
- Marka stratejisini yaratıcı bakış açısıyla yorumlayarak, dijital, sosyal medya, outdoor, film ve basılı mecralarda etkili iletişim tasarımları üretmek.
- Kreatif ekip, strateji ve müşteri ekipleriyle birlikte fikir geliştirme süreçlerine aktif katkı sağlamak; projeleri fikir aşamasından uygulamaya kadar sahiplenmek.
- Markanın görsel dilini geliştirerek tüm temas noktalarında tutarlı ve yüksek standartta uygulanmasını sağlamak.
- Tasarım süreçlerinde craft kalitesini ön planda tutmak; tipografi, kompozisyon, renk, görsel hiyerarşi ve detaylara yüksek hassasiyet göstermek.
- Yeni tasarım trendlerini, yaratıcı teknolojileri ve yapay zekâ destekli üretim araçlarını yakından takip ederek projelere değer katmak.
- Gerektiğinde müşteri sunumlarında yaratıcı fikirleri güçlü bir şekilde sunmak ve savunmak.
- Projelerin zamanında ve beklenen kalite standartlarında teslim edilmesi için ekiplerle koordineli çalışmak.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Üniversitelerin Güzel Sanatlar, Görsel İletişim Tasarımı veya ilgili bölümlerinden mezun.
- En az 8 yıl reklam ajansı deneyimine sahip.
- Ulusal ve uluslararası markalar için 360° kampanyalarda Art Director olarak aktif rol almış.
- Güçlü bir tasarım gözüne sahip; tipografi, kompozisyon, renk kullanımı ve görsel estetik konusunda üst düzey yetkinlik gösteren.
- Yüksek craft kalitesine sahip işler üretmiş; portföyünde yaratıcılığı ve uygulama kalitesiyle öne çıkan projeler bulunan.
- Ödül odaklı yaratıcı iş üretme kültürüne hakim; Cannes Lions, Kristal Elma, Effie, Felis, The One Show, D&AD gibi platformlarda yarışabilecek veya ödül almış projelerde görev almış olması tercih sebebidir.
- FMCG sektörünü yakından tanıyan, bu kategoride marka iletişimi ve kampanya üretimi deneyimi bulunan.
- Dijital platformların dinamiklerine, sosyal medya kültürüne ve güncel içerik üretim trendlerine hakim.
- Yapay zekâ destekli yaratıcı üretim araçlarını (Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT vb.) iş süreçlerinde etkin şekilde kullanabilen.
- Fikir geliştirme kadar uygulama kalitesine de önem veren; yaratıcı vizyonu güçlü ve detay odaklı.
- Güçlü iletişim becerilerine sahip, ekip çalışmasına yatkın, sorumluluk sahibi ve çözüm odaklı.
