Senior Associate - Business Solutions

Job Summary:

As a Senior Associate - Business Solutions, you will play a key role in developing and implementing business solutions that drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, sales, marketing, and operations, to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs

Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams

Design and deliver business solutions, including process improvements, technology implementations, and change management initiatives

Lead and participate in project teams to deliver business solutions, including project planning, execution, and monitoring

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets

Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle

Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed

Monitor and report on project progress and results

Develop and maintain expertise in business solutioning tools and methodologies

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve business solutions

Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

At least 5 years of experience in business solutioning, consulting, or a related field

Proven track record of delivering business solutions that drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects

Experience with business solutioning tools and methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile

Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to improve business solutions

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
