About the role

As a Senior Associate, Enterprise Systems Integration, you will serve as the second-tier escalation point for our SAP Ariba procurement platform, resolving complex functional and technical issues and partnering with procurement, finance, and IT teams to keep the platform running reliably. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving real integration and workflow problems that keep the business moving, with direct visibility into how procurement technology supports company-wide operations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, Enterprise Systems Integration, you'll be responsible for:

• Serving as Level 2 escalation support for SAP Ariba modules including Buying and Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, and Ariba Network
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex functional and technical issues, including workflow errors, approval flow failures, integration faults, and master data discrepancies
• Developing, configuring, and maintaining Ariba solutions, including custom forms, approval workflows, catalog management, and business rules
• Supporting and monitoring integrations between Ariba and ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC via CIG, middleware, or APIs
• Managing incident, service request, and change tickets in the ITSM tool within defined SLAs, including root cause documentation

Requirements

We are looking for people who are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within SLA-driven support environments. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience supporting and/or configuring SAP Ariba
• Solid understanding of procure-to-pay and source-to-contract processes
• Advanced English proficiency
• Proficiency with ITSM tools and ITIL-based support processes

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• SAP Ariba certification in one or more modules
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC (MM/FI modules)
• Scripting or development experience (SQL, JavaScript, or Python) for reporting and automation
