WhatĀ willĀ youĀ do?
1. High-Precision Execution & Management
- Own the end-to-end execution of Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Manage large-scale, high-pressure budgets with a focus on maximizing GMV while adhering to efficiency floors.
- Ensure 100% account hygiene, including tracking parameters (MMP/OCI), bid caps, and negative keyword maintenance.
2. Strategic Keyword & Search Expansion
- Lead aggressive Keyword Expansion initiatives to capture new market share without sacrificing ROAS.
- Master Dynamic Search Ads (DSA) to identify long-tail opportunities and "fill the gaps" in manual keyword coverage.
- Implement intent-based clustering to solve "Theme Fragmentation," ensuring Ad Groups remain semantically cohesive and aligned with Google's relevance algorithms.
3. Advanced Data Analysis & "Deep Dives"
- Move beyond surface-level metrics (Traffic/Clicks) to analyze GPC (GMV per Click) and Signal Drift.
- Conduct weekly deep dives into search term reports to prune broad-match leakage and identify emerging consumer trends.
- Build opportunity-sizing models to forecast the impact of landing page optimizations or new initiative rollouts.
4. Creative & Landing Page Optimization
- Partner with creative and regional teams (e.g., Korea/Global) to implement advanced features.
- Analyze landing page friction points and advocate for high-converting destination URLs based on competitor benchmarking and internal conversion data.

BasicĀ Qualifications
- Experience: 5ā8 years of experience in Paid Search/SEM, preferably within E-commerce or high-growth tech environments.
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads (RSA, DSA, tROAS bidding). Familiarity with script-based automation or API-driven campaign management is a plus.
- Data Literacy: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are mandatory. Experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker) is highly preferred for performing technical audits.
- MMP Expertise: Strong understanding of Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) integrations and URL tracking logic for app-to-web environments.
- Problem Solving: A "First Principles" thinker who doesn't just follow SOPs but creates them. You must be comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in learning new technologies (e.g., OCI integrations).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to simplify complex data into executive-level insights. Must be able to present in both English and Chinese to regional and local stakeholders.
