Senior Business Analyst APAC

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our APAC Transformation and Strategy team and help us unleash the potential of our business.

What you’ll own

• Drive workstreams within regional strategy and transformation initiatives, including business planning, market expansion and commercial growth programs across APAC markets

• Partner with country heads and functional stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and improve performance

• Support development of business cases for new markets, products, and revenue opportunities

• Conduct structured analysis to solve ambiguous business problems and translate insights into recommendations

• Contribute to post-M&A integration efforts, including revenue synergy impact and operational alignment

• Support development of external partnerships within the payments and fintech ecosystem

• Prepare materials and present insights to senior stakeholders across the region

• Other related duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or relevant roles

• Experience in leading workstreams or independently managing projects

• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills

• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders across functions and markets

• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services is preferred

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with minimal supervision

• Track record of delivering actionable business insights that drive impact
