Senior Business Analyst (CRM & Loan Origination System)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in CRM platforms and Credit Origination/Loan Processing Systems within the banking or financial services industry. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business requirements, design functional solutions, and deliver end-to-end digital lending initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement workshops, impact analysis, and gap analysis.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Technical Design Documents (TDD), and user stories.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, Solution Architects, and Business Users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design functional solutions for CRM and Loan Origination/Credit Processing systems.
• Analyze and optimize lending business processes across the loan lifecycle.
• Coordinate system integration between CRM, Loan Origination System, Core Banking, and third-party applications.
• Review APIs, data mappings, interface specifications, and data flows.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployment, and post-production support.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Credit Origination / Loan Origination / Loan Processing Systems (vendor-built applications preferred).
• Strong understanding of the banking lending lifecycle, including:
• Customer onboarding
• Loan application
• Credit assessment
• Underwriting
• Loan approval
• Loan disbursement
• Loan servicing
• Loan closure
• Expertise in business analysis methodologies, requirement gathering, impact assessment, solution design, and documentation.
• Experience preparing:
• BRD
• FSD
• TDD
• User Stories
• Acceptance Criteria
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, system integrations, and data flow architecture.
• Good SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven experience managing projects from requirement gathering through production deployment.
