Senior Business Developer

Currently based in Antwerp and Ghent, we want to accelerate our presence in the Walloon and Brussels market. We're looking for an experienced Business Developer (employee or freelance), able to open doors and build lasting, trust-based relationships with decision-makers, across our five key sectors: Maritime & Logistics, Consumer & FMCG, Public Services, Financial Services, Industry & Manufacturing.

What you'll do :

• Grow Craftzing's presence in the Walloon and Brussels market, across the targeted sectors
• Identify, prospect and qualify new opportunities with decision-makers (C-level, general management, digital/transformation leadership)
• Activate and leverage your existing network to open doors with new clients
• Build long-lasting, trust-based relationships, in line with our partnership-driven approach
• Structure and lead complex sales cycles, from first contact through to signature
• Work closely with our strategy, design and technology teams to build tailored proposals
• Represent Craftzing at events, conferences and sector gatherings across Wallonia and Brussels
  
  

Who we're looking for :

• You demonstrate a proven & successful track record in B2B business development, ideally within consulting, digital services or professional services
• You have an active, credible network in Wallonia and/or Brussels, ideally within one or more of our target sectors
• You know how to navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles without losing momentum
• You're just as comfortable opening a door as building a relationship that lasts
• You bring a consulting mindset rather than a pure sales approach: you seek to understand before you propose
• You're autonomous, entrepreneurial at heart, and get energy from building something from the ground up
• You are fluent in French and English, demonstrating executive-level communication skills in both languages. Fluency in Dutch is a plus
