Role Overview At Lyra Health, we are transforming how data drives clinical and strategic decisions.  We are currently undergoing a major, high-velocity migration from legacy cube environments to a modern data stack centered on Snowflake, dbt, and Tableau (or Sigma).   We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst who is far more than a dashboard builder.  We are looking for someone who can author insights.  You have the technical muscle to wrangle messy data independently and the strategic intuition to translate complex logic into plain English for business leaders.  You thrive in environments undergoing massive structural change, viewing tool transitions not as a disruption, but as an opportunity to build a faster, more reliable single source of truth.   Location: Remote, South Africa  Hours: 8am to 5pm; The role is a permanent five (5) day a week role (Monday to Friday). Wi-Fi: While working off-site/remotely, the individual is expected to have reliable backup power supply and a strong, stable Wi-Fi connection as these are essential requirements for effectively performing in a remote capacity. Flexibility: Given the global nature of the business, the successful candidate must   be flexible to attend meetings outside standard local working hours to accommodate global clients and teams on occasion
