Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Senior Campus Recruiter to join their dynamic team.  Aprio is seeking a high-performing Senior Associate, Campus Recruiter to support and execute our early talent strategy across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. This role plays a critical part in shaping our future workforce by leading campus engagement, driving candidate pipelines, and delivering a best-in-class recruiting experience.  This individual will serve as a regional owner of campus relationships and recruiting strategy, partnering closely with office leadership and internal stakeholders to attract and convert top early talent. The role requires strong ownership, adaptability, and a passion for building meaningful connections with students and universities.
