🚀 The Job Mission

🚀 This hybrid role suits candidates within commuting distance of Bristol or those open to relocation support.

You will provide technical leadership across civil detailing packages for complex nuclear structures.

The role focuses on reinforcement detailing, 3D modelling, supplier oversight and technical coordination.

🏗️Act as technical authority for assigned civil detailing packages
📐Review reinforcement models against design intent and project requirements
🤝Coordinate technical interfaces between engineering teams and detailing suppliers
🔍Lead reviews of concrete, reinforcement and embedded item models
📋Manage technical queries, comments and open points through closure
⚙️Oversee supplier performance, quality and technical delivery activities
🧩Resolve multidisciplinary interface issues affecting detailing and construction delivery
🛡️Maintain configuration management and quality assurance throughout project delivery
📊Monitor technical deliverables against agreed project schedules and standards
🚀Support design replication principles across complex civil engineering packages

Qualifications

🎓Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline
🏗️Strong experience with reinforced concrete structures and detailing activities
📐Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and technical interfaces
🔍Strong understanding of engineering design and project delivery processes
🤝Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
📋Experience overseeing contractor or supplier technical deliverables
⚙️Ability to resolve complex technical engineering issues independently
🛡️Knowledge of configuration management and quality assurance processes
💻Familiarity with 3D modelling and engineering detailing environments
⚡Nuclear, defence, rail or major infrastructure experience highly desirable
