The Role GeoComply is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to serve as a key driver across our highest-value revenue agreements and strategic commercial initiatives. In this role, you will act as a trusted legal and business partner to our Executive and GTM leadership, leading novel contract negotiations, navigating privacy and emerging tech regulations, and building scalable legal processes. We are looking for an autonomous, business-minded lawyer who can combine sharp analytical judgment with strong executive presence to protect our interests, mentor junior counsel, and support our rapid global expansion.
