We are looking for a proactive and analytical Merchandising Solutions Consultant to work closely with leading fashion and retail brands, helping them optimize merchandising operations through technology and AI-driven workflows. This role combines retail domain expertise with client engagement, implementation, and intelligent process automation to deliver measurable business outcomes.

As part of this role, you will manage end-to-end client onboarding, solution implementation, and ongoing business engagement while identifying opportunities to improve merchandising processes. You will also leverage modern AI tools and agentic workflows to streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and improve client experience. This position offers a dynamic environment where you will collaborate with product, customer success, and business teams while driving innovation through technology and industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and adoption of merchandising solutions for retail and fashion clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and successful deployment.
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, address operational challenges, and recommend effective solutions.
• Conduct regular business reviews and maintain proactive communication to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve product-related issues, communicate client feedback, and contribute to continuous product improvements.
• Analyze merchandising processes and recommend best practices to improve planning, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
• Design, build, and optimize repeatable AI-powered workflows using modern AI tools and automation platforms.
• Develop end-to-end AI-assisted solutions to improve client operations, workflow automation, and decision support.
• Validate AI-generated outputs, including analysis, recommendations, and automation results, to ensure accuracy, quality, and security before deployment.
• Create presentations, reports, and business insights to support client discussions and strategic decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders while acting as a trusted business partner.
• Stay updated with retail, merchandising, AI, and automation trends to continuously improve solution delivery and customer outcomes.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2–4 years of experience in retail planning, merchandising, or related business functions, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
• Strong understanding of merchandising processes, inventory planning, assortment management, and retail operations.
• Experience interacting with senior business stakeholders and managing client relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent mathematical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for business analysis, reporting, and presentations.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, OpenAI, n8n, Manus, or similar platforms to improve productivity and workflow automation.
• Ability to design and manage repeatable AI or agentic workflows with clear validation and quality assurance processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to balance business requirements with technology-driven solutions while maintaining a customer-first approach.
